Delivery
Standard delivery is £3.95 per order (not per item), with free delivery on non-subscription orders over £35. I aim to post all craft kits within 3 working days. Parcels are sent by Royal Mail 48, and should arrive within 3 working days.
Express shipping: £5.95 per order (this option can be selected at checkout). Express parcels are posted within 24 hours (on working days) by Royal Mail 24 and should arrive the following day.
Collections from Batheaston (on the edge of Bath): FREE. Choose this option at checkout, instead of entering a delivery address. I will contact you by email to arrange a suitable collection time.
Monthly subscriptions (not prepay) purchased after the 19th of the month will be posted within the first week of the next month, otherwise the first box will go in the post within 3 working days. After the first month, all subscription boxes are posted in the first week of each month.
Prepay subscriptions are posted within 3 working days of placing the order, and subsequent boxes are posted each month on the same date as the subscription started.
EU
Sadly, due to new stringent rules for delivery of products to the EU (GPSR), I have had to suspend shipping to EU countries and Northern Ireland.

Parcels are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
