Delivery
Subscriptions have FREE standard delivery.
Monthly subscriptions (non-gifts) purchased after the 19th of the month will be posted within the first week of the next month, otherwise the first box will go in the post within 3 working days. After the first month, all subscription boxes are posted in the first week of each month.
Gift subscriptions are posted within 3 working days of placing the order, and subsequent boxes are posted in the first week of each month.
Standard delivery for non-subscription orders is £4.50 per order (not per item), with free delivery on orders over £35. I aim to post all craft kits within 3 working days. Parcels are sent by second class post, and should arrive within 3 working days.
Express shipping: £6.50 per order (this option can be selected at checkout). Express parcels are posted within 1 working day by Royal Mail 24 and should arrive the following day.
Collections from Batheaston (near Bath): FREE. Choose this option at checkout, instead of entering a delivery address. I will contact you by email to arrange a suitable collection time.
EU
Sadly, due to new stringent rules for delivery of products to the EU (GPSR), I have had to suspend shipping to EU countries.
USA
Delivery cost: £14.00 per order. This includes all tariffs and associated fees, so the recipient will not have to pay any extra costs.
Parcels are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
Rest of world
Delivery cost: £20.00 per order
