Private workshops
Rachel runs private workshops for small groups in the Bath area, which could be in your own home or an external venue. There are a range of crafts you can choose from, depending on skill level and time. Please contact Rachel at hello@cosycraft.club to find out more.
Craft workshops are a wonderful choice for a group activity, be it a celebration, hen party or just a few friends who want to craft together. Rachel can teach a wide range of crafts so you can choose the one to suit your group. Please note that these workshops are designed for adults.
Here are some examples of the workshops that you could do with Rachel (please enquire if you have a specific craft in mind):
Coil basket making
Fused glass hangers
Metal embossing
Origami fairy lights
Punch needle hoop
Knitted wire words
Rachel loves to share the joy of craft with crafters and non-crafters alike, so her workshops are all aimed at beginners. Please note that some crafts are more suited to complete beginners than others!
She is a patient and gentle teacher, and her workshops have a calm and relaxed atmosphere. She hopes that you will leave your workshop having enjoyed some time getting lost in craft, creating a project that you're proud to take home and display.
The details:
Workshop costs will vary depending on the craft, but will be in the range of £15-30 per person, with a £50 setup fee. Locations greater than a 10 mile radius from Batheaston will incur additional travel charges.
Rachel can work with group sizes of 5 to 15 adults. Larger groups may be accommodated if an additional workshop leader can be found.
Workshops will generally last 1-2 hours, depending on the craft.
It is up to you to provide a location for the workshop, but Rachel can assist with finding a location for a workshop in the Bath area if needed (at an additional cost).
