Marquetry coasters kit from Peak Dale

Try the traditional craft of marquetry and create 4 unique geometric coasters to use in your home!

Marquetry is the craft of creating beautiful designs from thin layers of wood (called veneers). In this kit you’ll learn the basics of the craft and use the veneers to create different designs, following the tutorials, or making your own.

This kit contains: 

• 4 x MDF coasters

• Glue

• Craft knife

• Wood veneer strips

• Wooden skewers

• Foldback clips

• Sandpaper

• Printed instructions and templates

You will also need a ruler, a cutting surface, sharp pencil, sharp scissors.

This kit comes in a box measuring approximately 23 x 16 x 2cm. The finished coasters measure 10 × 10cm
